Notable communities include Allegro in downtown Aurora, the 10,000-home Midhurst master-planned community in Springwater Township, and Friday Harbour Resort, the 600-acre mixed use recreational community on Lake Simcoe.

We’ve built more than 9,000 homes and completed many master-planned communities contributing to the growth and development of desirable locations across Ontario.
